Semi-Custom Building
Other home builds start with a basic floor plan. The buyer works with the
custom home builder to work out details such as materials. While this is not
technically a custom build, it does offer homeowners a chance to tweak the
aspects of the layout that don’t mirror exactly what they want without costing
an arm and a leg.
Custom Building
When you know exactly what you want in your home from the floor plan to the
special hardware on the front door, a true custom build is probably the best
choice. For a larger investment, your contractor works with you to create your
dream home. While the most expensive option, it may be the best return on your
investment in the long run.
