Working with Phil was wonderful. We were very thorough when vetting potential contractors, and Phil stood out. During the design process, he worked closely with us to ensure every choice aligned with the budget we wanted. He also stayed on budget throughout the build.

What sets Phil apart is his commitment to quality. He uses superior materials and brings a level of craftsmanship that exceeded the other builders we considered. Beyond the build quality, his communication is top-tier; he didn't just call to confirm plans; he proactively reached out if he noticed a design detail that might not turn out as intended, bringing smart solutions to the table before moving forward. This was a pleasant surprise to us. He genuinely cared about delivering a beautiful quality home that we dreamed of. By the end of the project, we did not just view him as our contractor, but a friend.

We bought a home in Granby Ranch in 2021 that was built by Phil Wood. We have found the workmanship to be excellent and have been very happy with the home. While we didn’t contract with Phil to build the home, he has always been extremely accessible to answer questions and help us anyway that he can. He has become a good family friend! We would highly recommend Phil as your custom builder in the Granby, Colorado area!

I have worked with Phil Wood for over 30 years. He built my beautiful home in Massachusetts, and I was so impressed that I started working with him on numerous business projects. He built my home from start to finish, and it still looks as good as it did 30 years ago. Phil and his team do it all: framing, painting, trims, indoor and outdoor work. He is honest and conscientious, and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Phil as general contractor or any other building needs.

Phil and his team have done many projects for me over the years - both residential and commercial. He is one of the most knowledgeable contractors I have ever worked with. And if I am owed a credit for something -- I don't have to ask or figure it out myself. I appreciate his experience and integrity.
